MOT reminders: your email address and the registration you enter, so we can send the reminder you asked for. Double opt-in: nothing is stored as active until you confirm from the email we send.
Reg checks: registrations you look up are processed to answer your query and are not linked to you.
Analytics: privacy-preserving, aggregate page counts only, no cookies used for tracking, no profiles, no data sold or shared for advertising.
What we never do
No selling or renting your data. No marketing emails unless you separately ask for them. No third-party ad trackers. No requirement to create an account for anything.
Where data lives
Reminder data is stored with our database provider in London (UK/EU region). Emails are sent through a transactional email provider acting as our processor. Vehicle data shown on the site comes from public DVSA/DVLA sources.
Your rights
UK GDPR gives you the right to access, correct or delete your data. Every reminder email has an unsubscribe link that removes you immediately; for anything else, email us and we'll act within one month.
